How to: View a fax in Microsoft Exchange.
Solution:
Open Microsoft Exchange and double-click the document in the 'Inbox'.
1) Double-click the 'Inbox' icon from the desktop to start Microsoft Exchange.

NOTE: If the 'Inbox' icon is not visible, Microsoft Exchange may not be installed. Install Microsoft Exchange.
2) Enter your 'Microsoft Exchange' password if prompted. (The 'Inbox - Microsoft Exchange' window appears listing all incoming messages.)
3) Double-click the fax message.
4) If the message is preceded by an icon, open the icon to view an attachment.
